- Scheduling: next‑available logic, visit limits, auth awareness
- Flowsheets: adaptive guidance for techs/assistants; outcomes linkage
- Payment: POS collection, statements, online links, ERA auto‑post
- Interoperability: e‑fax, NPI import, address verification, payer enrollment
- Security: role‑based access, audit logs, BAA and HIPAA‑conscious workflows
